Karla is a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and prior military spouse. At KBWynn Homes, we have the expert knowledge and we MRP certified which ensures a timely and smooth transition for our military service members who are transitioning from one location to another. The MRP program educates REALTORS® about working in cooperation, taking advantage of available loans options like the VA home loan, G.I Bill education credit subsidies on retirement homes purchase or sale, and more.
